I love my kitchen. It’s got lots of space, plenty of countertops, stainless steel, and a brand new sink. But, sadly, with three kids and two working adults, it’s often a disaster!

Instead of showing you my cluttered kitchen, let me share with you a Las Vegas hot spot: Leticia’s Mexican Cocina. It’s located in the Village at Centennial Springs, and is one of my favorite restaurants here. The food is awesome, the margaritas are out of this world, and the ambiance is charming and fun. Try it for dinner sometime; I challenge you not to eat the whole basket of homemade tortilla chips before your entree arrives!

Happy Mother’s Day to all you fabulous and hard-working mothers out there!

Please head over to Dulcia Jerdan’s post, and see what she has cooking in her Bethesda, MD, kitchen!

What a fun restaurant! I can bet that a whole basket of chips and then some would be gone before my entree came!! Mexican is my favorite!!
